Gift Day 3

On the 3rd day I received this beautiful little package from Shoshana

I believe she hand made these boxes and even flocked them herself! How talented is that!?

Inside was this beautiful pendant/charm which I know I'm going to wear to our Xmas party tomorrow night :) It's wonderful!! I love the little acorn embedded in the spoon! Thank you Shoshana!

I'm looking forward to day 4!

12 days to Christmas countdown

So I was honored to be a part of the 12 Days to Christmas swap with this host of fabulous participants;

Each person was assigned a day out of the 12 days, and I had the massively stressful Day 1! Talk about cold sweats!!!!

Anyways, I had to steal this picture of the packaging (which is not all that creative, but I was rushed. And that's my story and I'm sticking to it! haha) from Heather because my lame arse forgot to take a picture of them all packed up!

And tadah... inside you find these little sweet Winter shoe nests.

I found the adorable shoes in the baby-shower section of Michaels, and then went to town adding the other jingle-jangles!

Stay tuned to see the remaining 11 days!

Blogging

Hello hello! I've finally had a chance to log in and I owe you all a big apology! I feel like I've been doing that ALOT in these past posts!

So the WhiteBoy should be back mid month and I'm hoping after the New Year I'll have more "Smoochie" time to post and create and visit and be chaotic and spastic! And if not directly after the New Year, perhaps after he deploys again.

You know how it goes right? Of course I want to suck up all his "home time" because I'm completely selfish like that.

Unfortunately right now, the single-parent thing, with the holiday-thing, and the sick-kids thing, and the socializing thing, and the volunteer-my-ass-off thing, and the being a good military spouse thing is keeping me from the important blogging-thing!

Things! You know!

BUT BUT BUT... guess what. I wrapped myself into this 12 days of Christmas swap with some fabulously talented Bloggedy Peoples and I think I can give you a sneak peek at what I sent out without giving all the details away....

I'm excited because it actually MADE me create something, and I did it all within 20 hours of having to mail it out. Haha! (But shhhh... don't tell Heather I did that.) Talk about stress though!! Have you seen the artistic magnitude of the names on that list of exchangers!!? But it's always fun to be the token window-licker in the group, heh heh!

I hope everyone is staying stress-free. HA! And please remember, homicide is illegal, even during the holidays!

P.S. I just forgot!! I'll be blogging again before the new year because I get to share each day what one of the 12 gift exchanges were!

And P.P.S!! I have 143 penis and viagra Spams in my inbox! I just checked!

A totally inappropriate SPAM post

Fried Spam with a side of fried rice...

So really. I like it thinly sliced and fried to almost a bacon crisp. (have you tried it? It's delicious)

So I figured I better clean out my spam box and start on the massive task of replying to comments.

Spam first though. Do you smell what I'm steppin' in here?

And it cracks me up! Seriously.

Do people actually think "hey! This is so great! Let me run right on over to that website and dump a cash wad on this bogus crap!"

Because really, do I need a huge penis enlargement? Should it really matter to me that I can enlarge it in the privacy of my own home?

'Cuz I'm not quite convinced...

Do I need to earn 3-7 thousand dollars a week? From my own computer? With my clothes on!? Wow. That sounds like no fun at all!

No, I do not want to cash your $500,000.00 check for you! Thank you so much for spamming me with your generous offer at least 7 times a week.

Hate me if you must, but did you know I'm a multi-millionairess quadruple times over? So true! I've won every lottery in the UK every single day!!!

.. It boggles my mind. How do I do it!

I do not need Viagra.

And I don't have erectile dysfunction.
Hell, I don't even have an erectile to dysfunction!

Nor do I need or want the 2008 Swiss rip-off replica watch. Or any other replica rip off junk you're pawning.

I'm just sayin... PLEASE! I don't even have a penis!

Beyond Fabulous!

"I believe in music the way some people believe in fairy tales"

The movie last night (August Rush) was wonderful! I recommend it for sure.

It was a musical-circus-orgasm with twinges of rock, twangs of classical, a dash of romance, heartbreak, and pure wonder!!!

Robin Williams off beat music-pimp character had me scared of him, and yet in love with him. The Jekyll & Hyde guardian angel of lost children, so to speak.

The little boy in this movie... ahhhh, what can I say about him. Genius! And I completely understood his emotions... as a little girl I used music as my escape also.

My daughters, their friends, and I totally loved this and can't wait to go watch it again when it comes out in theaters.

"You've got to love music. More than you love food..."
